Founded in 2007 by Melissa Mikkelson as a passion project for friends and family, Liberty Interiors began as a way to make homes more beautiful and personal. In 2022, Principal Designer Taylor Natale joined Liberty Interiors with a mission to turn a passion project into a thriving design studio. She brought the brand to life, crafting our logo, website, and business foundation, and set the stage for the company’s rapid growth..

Since then, we’ve expanded from a one-woman operation to a collaborative team of three designers, serving clients across a range of projects: high-end residential homes, new construction spec houses, multifamily communities, and fully furnished amenity spaces such as clubhouses, lobbies, and model units.

While our capabilities have grown, our heart remains the same. We're a boutique firm rooted in real relationships, honest communication, and a genuine love for what we do. Our trademark, “creative design for every lifestyle,” isn’t just a tagline, it’s the foundation of our work.
